Smoking Cessation

If you’re like many smokers and tobacco users, you know you should quit, but you just aren’t sure how to do it. Going cold turkey may work for some people, but you can improve your chances of success when you enlist the help of an evidence-based program. ACER can provide a non-judgmental and supportive group program to help you develop an effective stop-smoking plan to boost your motivation and teach you the skills to quit when you are ready. Quitting smoking is difficult, but not impossible.

ACER’s Smoking Cessation is an 8-10 week program consisting of weekly hour-long group sessions. Medication assistance is available as needed. Corporate discount packages are available for 6-12 employees covering the same material, however, can be performed at the workplace.
